My Story
How it all began...
After gaining over 100 pounds and being diagnosed with diabetes, I made a change. I adjusted my diet, added daily walks, and gradually incorporated more cardio. I lost 80 pounds, stopped taking diabetes medication, and now I'm pursuing certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching to help others achieve their health goals.
